CANCELLATION POLICY

Weather and other forces beyond our control may force us to shut down our operations for the safety of our customers. Pura Vida Paddling reserves the right to cancel or alter events without prior notice. We will do our best to notify customers as soon as reasonably possible.
In this case, we will rebook for another date at your convenience. If you are unavailable, we will refund you in entirety.
If you are registered for an event that we have been forced to cancel, you will receive an email notification.  On the rare occurrence an event is cancelled within two hours of the scheduled start time, we will call or Whatsapp all participants.
Instances which may force us to cancel events and rental bookings include, but not limited to, weather, government action, war or hostilities, riot or civil commotion, pandemic or other outbreaks, earthquake, flood, hurricane, or other natural physical disaster, explosion, accident or breakdown, strike, terrorism or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence. Pura Vida Paddle shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages, losses, expenditures or any other inconveniences or costs caused by such modification or cancellation of the event.
